The following video gives an introduction to using images in TouchGFX Designer:
Most TouchGFX applications relies heavily on the use of images. Therefore it is important to know how to get the most of your images, in order to maximize performance on your low-ressource hardware.
TouchGFX Designer comes with a library of images, that have been optimized for low-end hardware which you are completely free to use in your projects. This plug-and-play library enables you to prototype right away, without having to gather up some graphics yourself.
But of course you can also import your own images. The video above shows how, and gives you some pointers to do this to get the best result.
Images can be imported through the TouchGFX Designer itself (as shown in the video above), or simply by moving images into your assets\images folder (e.g.: C:\TouchGFXProjects\MyApplication\assets\images).
